Business and Commercial Litigation
Hall, Morse, Anderson, Miller & Spinella, P.C., represents businesses, banks, and organizations in a wide array of commercial litigation and transactional matters, including business torts, Uniform Trade Secret Act claims, Consumer Protection Act claims, Uniform Commercial Code matters, trade regulation, whistleblower and wrongful discharge actions, wage claims, collections and creditor actions, and bankruptcy creditor claims.

Construction Litigation
The firm specializes in general contract litigation on behalf of businesses involved in the construction field, including mechanic's lien claims, arbitration claims, payment and performance bond matters, and disputes between owners, general contractors and subcontractors arising out of changes in scope, differing site conditions, delays and violations of code/regulatory provisions.

Appellate Law
